Testimony

"Initially, we chose to visit an SLP that worked in pediatrics. We wanted someone who was caring in their approach. We had worked with Erin and Heather at a previous therapy office. We knew the progress we had made under their treatment and essentially knew we would get the best care and treatment at Azalea Rehab Services."

Lyndsey Goff

MS, OTR/L  Occupational Therapist, Modality Certified

Lyndsey received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She holds the following certifications: Handwriting Without Tears, Modalities, and Balance For Life. Her OT career has included treating in an Acute Care Hospital (ICU, Ortho, Medical, TCC, and Rehab), Outpatient for Pediatrics and Adults, Skilled Nursing Facility, and Home Health Services. Lyndsey loves being an occupational therapist because she gets to help others on a daily basis and assist them in becoming independent, once again, with daily life activities. Lyndsey is originally from Conyers, GA (about 25 miles Southeast of Atlanta). She currently lives in Tifton, GA with her husband, Lee, step-daughter, Macy (7 y/o), and son Maddox Levi (born August 15, 2013).
